1) The room (we stayed in Suite 1014) was spacious to accommodate a family of four (we have a 12 Y.O. boy and 5 Y.O. girl) and quiet; 2) The food and full board were great with a local dish every day; however, the size of the restaurant is enormous. The restaurant can get crowded and noisy; 3) Our son liked the scuba diving courses offered at the facility; 4) Parking was provided; although, it was already quite full in mid July (before the peak season in August). Once I could not find a place to park and had to park outside the hotel parking.
1) The beach next to the hotel is a) not great, including the sea, b) it costs eur 75 per week and c) it needs to be booked well in advance. We were offered an umbrella in the 7th (!) row on the day we checked- in. We did not take and drove for about 15 km to a wonderful private beach (eur 20/day) north of Porto Cesareo. 2) Day-time animation tends to get noisy during day-time. Our kids did not take part in animation activities; although, they both speak some Italiano. 3) This is mostly a “Vacanza italiana” hotel, i.e. the crowd is not international at all.

The sea and the pool were lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great, and they had a local dish every day. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of four.
The beach next to the hotel was overcrowded and not great, and it cost 75 euros per week. The day-time animation tended to get noisy, and it was mostly in Italian.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and beach, both were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the fact that the food was of good quality and there were plenty of options to choose from. the hotel was conveniently located near key tourist spots and activities.
the lack of refill of shampoo and body lotion was a little disappointing.

The overall atmosphere at this hotel is pleasant with friendly staff, a nice pool area, and access to a decent beach. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the full board food options are delicious and varied. the scuba diving courses and parking options are convenient and appreciated.
The constant loud and crowded daytime animation can be overwhelming, especially for those looking for some peace and quiet.
